Free Extension Terms of Use (applies to any of free extensions provided by me)

By downloading, installing, or using any of our free extensions for MIT App Inventor and its clones like Kodular, Niotron etc. ("Extension"), you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use this Extension for personal, commercial, or non-commercial projects.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension in any form.

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the Extension or any part of it.

• Include the Extension in any open-source or publicly distributed software packages without explicit written permission.
  
  

3. Attribution (Required for Commercial Use)

If you use this Extension in a commercial project, you must provide clear attribution to the Extension’s creator. The attribution must be included in a visible and accessible part of your project (e.g., app credits, about page, documentation), and must include the name of the creator and a link to the Extension’s official source or website (if provided).

Example attribution:

“Extension by Sarthak Gupta – [https://ai2.sarthakdev.in]”

4. Ownership

The Extension is the intellectual property of its creator and is provided for use under these terms. No ownership or copyright is transferred.

5. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use at your own risk.

6. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extension and delete all copies in your possession.

Paid Extension Terms of Use (applies to any of my paid extensions)

By downloading, installing, or using any of our free extensions for MIT App Inventor and its clones like Kodular, Niotron etc. ("Extension"), you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Extension in multiple personal, commercial, or non-commercial projects, provided all such projects are owned or developed by you (the license holder).

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the Extension in any form, including within compiled applications or bundled software packages.

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the Extension or any part of it.

• Transfer the license or access to the Extension to other individuals or organizations.
  
  

3. Attribution (Optional but Appreciated)

Attribution to the Extension’s creator is not required, but it is appreciated. If you choose to provide attribution, a credit in the form of the creator’s name and a link to the official source or website is encouraged.
